Server build with android and the PHP language, and makes the system can monitor flexible and easy to expand, reduces the cost of development, meet the requirements of the power system intelligent monitoring.This paper complete the simulation demonstration by using the simulator data, displayed in a specific example shows of mobile configuration. With the PC monitor mode and extension of phone mobile monitoring mode, patrolman of the system can visit the information of real-time monitoring and electric parameters of system and environment anytime and anywhere. By this way, can not only shorten the inspection time, reduce labor costs, but also can improve the safety and reliability of the transmission link.
