Overhead high voltage transmission line usually adopt the conventional manual inspection and equipment preventive maintenance etc, especially in the steppe, desert, mountains, hills and other special zone, it is difficult to ensure the safe running of the system. Therefore it is necessary to do the research on transmission line monitoring system.This paper drew many research results about transmission line on-line monitoring both at home and abroad, gives a comprehensive evaluation strategy, the monitoring system to identify the system parameter weights at all levels, thus draws the line safety factor, realized the intelligence into the information system management strategy. In the paper, the work about Complete the hardware system, parts of hardware communication module, software system, server, such as monitoring mobile design is done.Monitoring of mobile is built on the basis of traditional configuration, by extending the server data and the data acquisition interface complete monitoring and control system of mobile client and server software interface design. Server build with android and the PHP language, and makes the system can monitor flexible and easy to expand, reduces the cost of development, meet the requirements of the power system intelligent monitoring.This paper complete the simulation demonstration by using the simulator data, displayed in a specific example shows of mobile configuration. With the PC monitor mode and extension of phone mobile monitoring mode, patrolman of the system can visit the information of real-time monitoring and electric parameters of system and environment anytime and anywhere. By this way, can not only shorten the inspection time, reduce labor costs, but also can improve the safety and reliability of the transmission link.
