Along with the advent of aging population,the elderly health care problems have received wide attention.It will have an enormous impact on the aged to have had cardiovascular disease.To prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease,mainly monitor the patient's ECG signal which can be implemented the monitoring of 24 hours or longer.However,this will generate a large number of data.In order to achieve storage and transmission of ECG data effectively,the study of the related compression method and development related to the study of ECG monitoring system have a very good practical significance.In this thesis,we have carried out exploratory work about the compression problem of ECG data,and designed and implemented a based on partially known support of ECG compression methods and systems by analyzing existing the technology of compressed sensing.The main contents include:(1)Firstly,the thesis introduces the current research status of ECG compression method and related technologies.Among them,the compressed sensing method has a better compression effect,and its basic idea is to compress the signal at the same time in the signal sampling process.This thesis introduces the application of a wide range of ECG signal sparse method based on wavelet,including selection of wavelet basis function,wavelet transform and reconstruction and so on.(2)ECG signal in the time domain is not sparse,nevertheless it is sparse in the wavelet domain.Through the simulation experiment,finding out the Wavelet functions which is suitable for conducting sparse processing.Through the analysis of MP,OMP and CoSaMP typical greedy reconstruction algorithm and simulation experiment,it is concluded that the CoSaMP algorithm and OMP algorithm reconstruction effect better,then the detailed description related to the two algorithm implementation based on partially known support is given.(3)Compressed sensing can implement the compression of ECG signal,and reconstruction algorithm adopts the framework of partially known support based on orthogonal matching pursuit OMP-PKS(Orthogonal Matching Pursuit-Partially Known Support)for ECG signal reconstruction.First of all,the wavelet transform is carried out to deal with the sparse signal,and the sliding window size is determined,through normalized processing,then achieve sampled compression,transmission,ECG signal reconstruction.(4)On the basis of the above research,designing and developing an ECG signal monitoring system based on Android phones,which includes mobile client and server respectively,implementing the collection of ECG signal,compression and display,etc.Simultaneously,could provide ECG monitoring,query and message delivery and other services for patients and doctors.
