Based on the analysis of the present situation of the domestic and foreign environmental monitoring system,the paper compares the application of various monitoring systems in the industrial information interaction,and puts forward the Environmental equipment test mobile monitoring allows the test personnel are not subject to geographical and time constraints,and compatible with pc monitoring,real-time mobile query data and operating equipment.Mobile monitoring is an important step to achieve enterprise information,and greatly improve the accuracy,real-time and efficiency.The mobile monitoring system function indicators,requirements analysis and related software technology.Function description of the environment equipment testing whether the product is qualified;demand analysis describes the software needed to solve the existing environmental monitoring equipment problems;the software technology mainly includes the client and server to query the data and control equipment.The hardware design and the overall scheme of the monitoring system are introduced.The whole system is composed of measuring device,network monitoring protocol conversion,controller,server monitoring and mobile client monitoring.The hardware design includes the controller,monitoring and measuring device,protocol conversion,controller use Samsung Exynos4412 MCU as hardware platform,integrated PWM,WIFI,touch screen and other functions;measurement and control device with LPC1768 input and output control,achieve 16 sensor data acquisition and 15 peripheral output.At the same time,the serial port data is converted into the network flow.The protocol and the protocol conversion are used to realize the unification of multi protocol conversion to the same TTL signal processing,and the same kind of system is used to monitor the different kinds of equipment at the same time.This paper introduces the mobile monitoring client and server,including the login interface,the main interface,control interface,monitoring records,equipment identification,alarm window,database management.Build Androiddevelopment environment,using java language client applications.Client and server communication using C/S architecture to achieve compatibility and mobile monitoring.average filtering algorithm and the improved electronic expansion valve control algorithm.For the security of the system,the encryption algorithm is designed.The design and research of the software security of mobile monitoring client.By combining the RSA algorithm and the characteristics of the chaotic system,the traditional encryption algorithm is optimized,and the encryption design is carried out from the aspects of authentication,authorization,control,data transmission and storage.By testing the technical parameters shows that the data acquisition,real-time monitoring,alarm and security encryption are meet the design requirements,improve system reliability and real-time performance,reduces the system cost to upgrade,and create a certain market value..
