This thesis mainly discusses the regional health information platform,thisthesis discusses the construction of regional health information platform of the overall planning,overall frame structure,in detail elaborated the hospital information platform health information platform for electronic records,these are the concentrated display of the current medical and health information construction.Use of big data,cloud computing,data scheduling strategy and key technology such as load balancing scheduling algorithm and the method.Resource load balancing scheduling strategy is introduced,the common dynamic and static balance scheduling algorithm also has carried on the simple instructions.Expounds the large data scheduling in the application of regional health information platform.First of all,on the basis of cloud storage,cloud computing,such as different service mode,in the design of regional health information platform to provide technical support,also gives the corresponding design scheme.Then,respectively from the big data database,data scheduling strategy and big data load balance scheduling algorithm has carried on the detailed design specifications.Finally,through the application of case analysis,illustrates the availability of design.In this thesis the process of regional health information platform to build,using data scheduling strategy,by introducing the implementation method and implementation platform first.Then according to the situation of regional health information platform of the configuration and data simulation and other related elements,a CloudAnalyst based simulation platform aspirant cloud computing simulation and test,and the results of simulation and other scheduling algorithms and test comparing repeatedly,to contrast situation carries on the preliminary analysis and evaluation.
