The Design And Implementation Of A Fusion Management Platform For Multiple Medical And Health Data

With the development of mobile health,a large number of health monitoring terminals have been applied to medical monitoring,which has generated huge medical health data.However,the medical information exchange standards applied by different types of health monitoring terminals are not uniform,which makes it difficult to integrate and share medical health data,hindering the development of medical informationization and medical health big data applications.Catering to the current domestic"Internet + medical health"development trend and the implementation of the hierarchical medical system,this paper designed and implemented fusion management platform for multiple medical health data based on the primary medical environment.The platform can access a variety of health monitoring terminals that use different medical information exchange standards and convert and integrate data collected inside and outside the hospital according to platform standards.On this basis,medical health data management and background management services are provided to medical staff and information technology staff to improve work efficiency and avoid waste of medical resources.First of all,based on the platform application scenario,the requirements of the platform are analyzed from three perspectives:user object,function,and data exchange standard.Based on this,the overall architecture of the platform was proposed and the appropriate technology was selected to design the platform technology architecture.Secondly,in view of the problem of non-uniformity of medical information exchange standards,based on the existing medical information exchange standards and the current status of primary medical care,this paper designs an XML-based medical health data exchange format as a platform standard format from the perspective of content and structure,which can realize the comprehensive storage of text,waveform and image medical health data.Thirdly,for the various types of terminal access and data management,this paper designs and implements the platform function modules and database.For the health monitoring terminal,the data transmission protocol between the terminal and the platform is designed,and the data format conversion function under the HL7,DICOM standard and EDF format is realized which integrates and share the data.User-oriented,interface design for related data and platform management modules.Finally,we performed functional and performance tests on the platform.The test results verify the function implementation of the platform and prove that the platform can run stably and the resources are occupied reasonably.
