Research And Architecture Of Regional Cooperative Medical Information Service Platform

Along with the rapid development of information technology in China, the informatization of healthcare industry comes to a key stage. However, the problem of medical services being unaffordable and inadequate still exists, which directly influences social harmonious development. The development of this platform can not only solve these practical problems well, but provide decision supporting of medical treatment process to Health Administrative Department as well.What this platform rests on is Changchun Science and technology Small and medium-sized enterprise technological innovation funding project "Region Coordination Medical service Platform System". In this paper, a variety of domestic and foreign health care model, proposed the establishment of regional health care for rural residents in the digital health record data centers, build community hospitals, rural hospitals and health among hospitals and medium-sized green channel, complete statistical analysis of diseases, shared electronic medical records.Diagnosis and a series of functions, establishment of regional cooperative medical information service system of the new model. This thesis introduces the realization of health information and communication services based on regional collaboration from two aspects:one is available information technology, and the other the standards of healthcare information integration.To the platform of health information and communication services based on regional collaboration, the most important thing is how to put the communication of internal medical data into practice, so this platform mainly utilize and localize the standards of HL7. In the application process of this platform, it faces both to single healthcare organization and other healthcare unions. Therefore, how to solve the integration of data becomes the difficulty. The project applies XDS-1 technical frame of IHE integration technology and integrate PACS in the region. It puts forward the solution of platform data exchange making use of IHE PIX and HL7 CDA from relatively micro angles.The highlight of the thesis is the design of platform construction. It starts from the analysis of the architecture of platform, then designs corresponding platform frame which implement the design from four aspects. The first is the safe mode of the platform, which makes analysis from physical, system, network and application security. The second is the network frame design, which chooses different network to achieve remote access according to the features of different medical institutions and designs network logic hierarchically. It adopts mathematical statistics and Simulated agreed. The third is the design and explanation of electronic medical record which applies HL7 standard together with data model and standards. The last is the design of data exchange which is between correlative institutions at the platform, between the platform and other institutions, and among medical institutions.In this paper, three aspects from the application of the platform are described. One is based on the platform of regional collaborative two-way referral function, this feature more prominent the concept of vertical coordination, the paper design of a two-way referral process in practical applications and examples of work summary, the purpose is to better reflect the regional coordination of medical information Under the two-way referral service platform meaning and effect. Second, the regional cooperative image processing and communication capabilities, this feature is the use of IHE integration technology to the traditional PACS and other medical units combined entity, to make better use of image processing platform that can better meet the doctors and patients on image data use. reflecting the concept of horizontal coordination. Third, the regional collaborative maternal and child health information system, which is a need for cross-regional operation across agencies and even the "logic of complete physical dispersion." the open information system that reflects well the overall regional collaboration platform features.In summary, this technology required the platform frame analysis theory, with emphasis on architecture and design patterns have been studied, and the platform has been implemented application module summary description, the overall structure of ideas is the use of point, line, surface manner.
