With the continuous development of science and technology, the information technology wave has swept across all areas of production and life. In the face of increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, major companies are working to improve their scientific and technological content, and expect information means to improve their overall competitiveness. China Ping’an training department in Rizhao is aware of their deficiencies in human resource management, and it expects to make unified management for human resources through an informational, systematic and comprehensive system to improve the company’s overall management efficiency. China Ping’an training department in Rizhao plans to design and implement a human resources management system to make comprehensive management for the system’s internal resources.China Ping’an training department’s human resources management system uses Java language to implement, and uses B/S structure as a whole network architecture, and it adopts MVC design pattern to divide the system into view layer, control layer and physical layer. View layer displays the system’s front-end interface, whose main function is to receive and transfer related request parameters; The control layer receives parameters and selects the corresponding logical method to implement, and makes interaction with database through the physical layer. During the design process it also uses SSH framework to optimize each layer to ensure the unity of data interaction between layers and modules and to improve the management efficiency. The database adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and makes detailed design for the reference relationship between tables to ensure the data’s integrity and security.China Ping’an training department’s human resources management system in Rizhao includes personnel organization management, compensation benefits management, recruitment management, training and development, statistical analysis and system management. Personnel organization management includes personnel management and organizational management; The compensation benefits management module includes payroll management, attendance management and insurance benefits management; Recruitment management module includes first test management, retest management, recruitment management and mail template settings; The training development module includes training records management, training personnel management, attendance sheet management and staff attendance management; The statistical analysis module includes demographic analysis, salaries statistical analysis and leadership view; The system management module includes notification management, regulatory management and system maintenance.Design and implementation of China Ping’an training department’s human resources management system in Rizhao solves a series of problems in the resource management process and improves work efficiency. The implement of the human resources management system, on the one hand makes up for the shortcomings of domestic research, on the other hand enhances their own competitiveness.
