In present informative times, the informative management ofenterprise is the inevitable tendency of enterprise development , andit is also the one of major factor of enterprise ups and downs. And theinformation management of manpower resource of enterprise has alsobecome an important part of enterprise informative management. To meetsocial development and strengthen the competition ability ofenterprise, enterprise must establishment the scientific managementmethod of manpower resource and the thing information system withcomputer of carrier composition. This system is in order to meet thedemand of informative management of the Dong Ling Hot Power branch, theinformation management system of manpower resource that suits thespecific condition of this enterprise has been established. It not onlymakes enterprise free oneself from complex, original manual management ,but also can it improve the level of management and the workingefficiency of enterprise , at the same time it offers a steady networksystem platform for enterprise. The application of this system is helpfulto develop the enterprise promptly and has normalized the personnelmanagement system of enterprise, it also has strengthened theinformative, scientific and normalization management of enterprise.First of all ,This paper has elaborated the concept of MIS and themeaning and background that system develops ,it also has expoundedfeasibility and the necessariness of developing the informationmanagement system of manpower resource of the Dong Ling Hot Power branch;Secondly, according to object oriented software development method,system I has carried out demand analyse, overall scheme design and UMLmodeling , program coding realization and maintenance and test thesystem. The paper briefly introduced the tools that are used during thedevelopment and their characteristic, the reason of choosing them .Final, this paper also studies and discusses the key technology of thissystem that are concerned in design, for instance optimizationinquiry ,the concurrent controls of database , communication and theconnection of remote database.Software development method is the step and method that followed insoftware development course. Now, there is three kinds of method mainly:Structured method and object oriented method , the method based oncomponent. This system adopts object oriented software developmentmethod. With object oriented programming as starting point, that bringsobject oriented thought into the other course of software developmenthas formed object oriented development method. By using object orientedmethod the structure of software is relative the structure of objectiveworld . In comparing with traditional software method , it is moresmooth in the face of describe and terms during the different stage indevelopment course. the content and the structure of software has alsooccured the change of quality, and the durability of software have gottengreat raising. Rational modeling is an important course .By using of theobject oriented software development method for actual applicationmodeling this model constructs a kind of design that is unconcerned toprogram language. Modeling technology adopts a group of objectoriented concept and the graphic symbol that is unconcerned toprogram language comes to unify expresses the whole software developmentcourse including analysis ,design and realization of development people .UML is a general standard modeling language, it applies to describe anytype with system by object oriented technology , and it applies to thedifferent stage during the development , from the demand tomaintenance and the test of consummately rear system specificationsdescribe , we can use UML as software describes , melt to handle ,construct and establish the document of software systematic product.This paper have elaborated how to use the entire course by UMLmodeling for system in detail, partly diagram including use casediagram,sequence diagram has been given . This paper has also discussed systematic various technicalconfiguration and the value and shortcoming of them. with thedevelopment of computer technology the computer pattern changed fromconcentration type to distribution type, there are two structures ofC/S and B/S mainly. The structure of C/S applys to intranet of layoutrelative concentration, it doesn't exist manage differently, but itscorresponding speed is very fast and general affairs handle quickly .itcan realize complex business process , but can not realize fastdisposition to install and deploy.Its compatibility is poor , at the sametime the development cost is high. the structures of C/S can bedivided into two levels of architecture and three / multilayer levelsarchitectures.
