Cloud computing, as a new information technology, is bringing a huge impact on the traditional industries, and electronic reliability consulting service industry is also faced with transforming operational model brought by cloud computing technology. Consulting service industry is a knowledge and experience concentrated industry, but due to the impact of the company’s business characteristics, most of the reliability consulting firms use traditional electronic reliability consulting service model to business activities. In the current environment, the market is increasingly competitive and cloud computing technology continuously brings challenges to the business model. With cloud computing technology to achieve business innovation will become the new development trend of reliability consulting service company.The thesis analyzes the problems faced by small and medium-sized electronic enterprises in product reliability management firstly. It studies the business process of the traditional electronic reliability consulting service model, and points out its problems in resources investment, duration, customer groups and other aspects. Then for these challenges of traditional electronic reliability consulting service company, the thesis analyzes the company’s new business model after they change the consulting service model by using cloud computing technology. Combining with the material review service process example of the company, it will make a detailed exposition of the operational model of electronic reliability consulting service in cloud computing environment and the advantages brought by the business model innovation will be summarized.Then, on the basis of the above research and combined with the actual business needs of electronic reliability consulting services company, this thesis proposes to build a cloud computing environment of electronic reliability consulting service platform. The thesis analyzes the platform architecture, function modules, deployment environment, etc., and develops the platform system by using Eclipse and Nutz framework. Now the platform system has been officially used in an electronic reliability consulting services company, and supports the company to carry out daily business activities. Finally, the performance of platforms was analyzed.
