Cloud computing, as managed the dynamic and scalable virtualized resources which is internet-based, is to provide users and enterprises with various capabilities to store and process their data and other services. Nowadays the faster development of the higher vocational education, the larger scale of the vocational colleges and more majors and subjects provide libraries which are the stocking center to center with huge challenges. In order to serve the reader better and meet the objective requirement of cooperation among libraries in vocational colleges, there is an urgent need of the technical support from cloud computing. It's of practical significant of the assay to construct the service platforms based on cloud computing for libraries alliance of vocational colleges.According to the cloud computing technique, the assay indicates the problems of the libraries in vocational colleges, making a conclusion to the main functions requirement for constructing the cloud platform, also putting forward the logical framework and referenced model to cloud platform. A detail designs of the cloud platform system are processed for platforms of libraries in vocational colleges, including the cloud data network architecture, cloud application and cloud service architecture, cloud platform security architecture and cloud platform system function design. Meanwhile the testing process for platforms of libraries in vocational colleges is also achieved in the assay.The researches of this paper indicate that cloud computing enable the concordance of the libraries resources in vocational colleges and the sharing of educational resources. As a result, a better informational service for the users and a promotion for vocational colleges development will be achieved.
