Design And Implementation On Small-and-medium-sized Enterparice Technology And Innovation Cloud Computing Platform

Small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are important force for theeconomic and social development in our country. They are the most innovativedynamic enterprise groups. SEMs play an irreplaceable role in prospering urban andrural economy, increasing employment opportunities, and promoting scientific andtechnological innovation. SMEs technology innovation activities have some uniquecharacteristics, such as they have shiftiness in action. Technology transfer is animportant form in their scientific and technological innovation activities, and SMEshave higher efficiency in scientific and technological innovation. However, SMEsface some problems, such as shortage of talents, fund and information resources. Theestablishment of a set of systematic to serve for SMEs scientific and technologicalinnovation is significant.In this paper, we discuss the current popular cloud computing technology firstly.Then we survey the requirement of SMEs scientific and technological innovation, andset the operation function of Yan’an Science and Technology Bureau and the unitsunder it. We propose to integrating introduce cloud computing technology with SMEsscientific and technological innovation by establishing SMEs scientific andtechnological innovation innovation cloud computing platform. We can integratedifferent technical resources to build bridge for SMEs, government department,scientific research institution and educational services. The platform mainly serves forSMEs in innovation of management and technology in IaaS, Paas and SaaS. In thispaper,The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:1. We first consider the Yan’an SEMs scientific and technological innovation,and then survey the requirement of operation system of SENs. Finally we analyses theresearch results.2. Based the research results, we integrate the cloud computing technology intothe scientific and technological innovation service. We have built the SMEstechnology and innovation cloud computing platform to serve for science andtechnology department and SMEs.3. We apply the platform in Yan’an to test the function and performance in practice in order to improve service quality of the system further.4. Combine information system and personnel service system.
