Research On Scenario Think Tank Platform Consulting Service

Under the background of economic globalization and social informationization,the role of think tank has gradually been prominent,and increasingly becoming an external brain to assist the nation to make scientific decisions.Based on the understanding of the current research situation at home and abroad,this author sorts out the latest research progress of ontology and scene,and finds that the scene concept has not been applied to the consulting service of platform-based think tank based on the analysis of literatures.Combining with the previous research foundation,the author defines the concepts of scene,ontology and platform-based think tank.In the meantime,the four elements of the scene proposed by Peng Lan are also expanded into five elements,and the user feedback evaluation element is added.Based on the investigation of the existing platform-based think tank,it is found that the existing platform-based think tank has a poor scene information organization mechanism,with low information matching degree.At the same time,the scene service mode is not perfect.In this paper,some solutions,such as perfecting the scene management mechanism,reshaping the scene information organization mechanism and improving the retrieval mechanism,are put forward,which clearly shows the direction for the research of the scene think tank.Through sorting out the theme of the consulting service of the platform-based think tank,combined with the five elements of the scene,the author makes a detailed analysis of five kinds of service topics,analyzes how the platform provides serves based on the five elements of user time and space state,user social atmosphere,user real-time state,user usage habits and user feedback evaluation,and explains the design concept of scene platform in detail.The scene service design is carried out on the subject of the transformation of enterprise-oriented scientific and technological achievements.Through sorting out the business of the scene,the process is integrated according to the pre-stage,inter-stage and the post-stage,and the business scene element analysis is carried out.Based on the combing of this service theme,the author strives to give readers an intuitive understanding of the service model of the scene think tank platform.The idea of scene service specifies the direction for the development of the new think tank,provides a new direction for the service mode of think tank,and has certain reference significance for the reform of think tank.
