Information systems engineering consulting, supervision, evaluation, operation and maintenance, etc. as the representative of IT services is mature development in China.As knowledge information technology services, focusing on information sharing, process specifications and the accumulation of knowledge, and on this basison rigorous scientific analysis of information technology projects for customers in different industries, providing more high-level consulting services, protects customers’ investments, and create social benefits. Compared with the internationally renowned advisory services to enterprises, domestic enterprises surviving in the larger gap in the technology base, management systems, innovation and talent team.For increase domestic service capacity and service quality of IT consulting services companies.The Industry and Information Ministry of the People’s Republic of China set up a group which named IT Service Standards Working Group Organization.They developed Information Technology Service Standards(ITSS) to guide the standardization of services. In this paper,Based on ITSS,through the analysis of the business model and critical success factors of the company which provision IT consulting services,as a starting point to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises of IT consulting services, IT consulting services support platform issues from a strategic sense.Strategic business planning, business is the driving factor of the project design, development and application. By integrating some of the mature product software,IT consulting services support platform achieve the overall application Integration.The platform provide a reference for the IT consulting services company to achieve strategic objectives and construct information system.IT consulting services support platform was used in Shandong zhengzhong computer network technology consulting Co.,LTD, which is the first national-level surveillance qualification enterprise of Shandong Province.The platform provide convenience for enterprises to manage projects and documents,strengthen information sharing between the different project teams, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises to create greater value for the community.
