With the rapid development of information technology,communication services have gradually penetrated into all walks of life,and communication services have become more and more complex.In order to protect the user experience and reduce the cost of business operation and maintenance,cloud computing technology has emerged.For these cloud-based communication services or other more complex communication services,the existing reliability assessment research results are difficult to accurately evaluate them,so this paper proposes a comprehensive consideration from multi-state and multi-stage.Evaluation method for reliability assessment results.In order to obtain a reasonable evaluation result,it is first necessary to clarify the composition and characteristics of the business.For cloud-based communication services,it is necessary to clarify the main structure of cloud computing.The cloud computing architecture is mainly divided into three layers,core services,service management,and user access interfaces.The underlying core service layer provides services for the upper layer of service management,and the service management layer further ensures resources in the resource pool.High availability,and rational planning of resources in the resource pool,the user access interface provides integrated resources to the communication service.The communication service uses these resources to provide users with different services or combined services.It can be known from the composition of the communication service that the communication service can be roughly divided into two parts,the basic function part and the collaboratively provided service part,wherein the basic function part is connected by various devices through the network,and constitutes functions of providing calculation,backup,storage,and the like.The resource pool and the collaborative service part select the required computing and storage resources from the resource pool,and combine these resources(sub?services)to provide services for the communication service.For the reliability evaluation of communication services considering multi-state characteristics,this paper considers the indicators that have an impact on reliability from three perspectives:device resource reliability,network topology reliability,and routing path configuration.Mean failure probability,and when considering the average failure probability of the equipment,consider the life cycle of the equipment.The equipment has different reliability bases when they are in different life cycles.The reliability of the network topology is mainly summarized from the two aspects of connectivity and transmission.For the indicators that affect the reliability,the connectivity aspect mainly considers the network average aggregation coefficient,etc.,and the transmission angle takes into account the average distance of the network;in the final route configuration path,it mainly considers whether there is an alternate path configuration in the network,and the single path configuration is reliable.Sex must be lower than the dual path configuration,but at the same time the dual path configuration has a higher cost.After summarizing the relevant indicators that have an impact on the reliability of the communication service,the value of the measurement index is first obtained mathematically,and then the parameters are gathered to form the final reliability evaluation result for the multi-state communication service.For the reliability evaluation considering multi-stage characteristics,the main focus of this paper is on the calculation method of the reliability of different resources or sub-services.For this research point,this paper chooses Petri net model for communication service.The combination form is modeled,and the sequential execution relationship,concurrent execution relationship,self-repairing service,etc.appearing in the business combination(resource combination)are mapped to the Petri net model,and the Markov state transition model can be further used according to the definition of the Petri net.Based on the calculation results,the problem of resource sharing and common cause failure in the communication service may be considered.Petri net modeling analysis is performed for these two special cases,and special cases are taken into consideration when finally evaluating the reliability result.In order to obtain more accurate reliability evaluation results,finally,other research results of reliability evaluation were selected as the comparison algorithm in the simulation part,which verified that the proposed algorithm can more accurately evaluate the reliability of the business.
