National advanced courses construction is an important part of college teaching quality and teaching reform engineering. National advanced course website has abundant high-quality instructional resources of universities in china. With the rapid development of digital technology and wide application of network, national advanced courses instructional resources has become free and commonly used website resources for university teachers and students. Their websites have brilliant teaching contents and varied construction styles. However, how does user's evaluate the site? Can the website information resource satisfy user's needs? So its user satisfaction became a key standard for the quality.Therefore, using 2007 information retrieval national advanced course website as the object of study, this paper deals with how to measure its service quality and user satisfaction, and makes key study on the relationship between service quality and user satisfaction. Then, according to empirical results, we find out several key factors, which can provide solid foundation for website optimization.This paper focused on how to compose assessment model and how to testify the model to start this research. Firstly, through reviewing the theory of customer satisfaction, this paper summarizes ten user'or customer' satisfaction assessment model and the theoretical principle. Secondly, according to consuming procedure on website, we propose a new method to setting up assessment model-"user characters+website features+CSI models". Thirdly, based on the above results, this paper define a user satisfaction model of information retrieval national advanced course website, which concluding 7 structure variables(perceived quality,impression users expectation,user needs,Perceived Value,customer satisfaction and customer complain),26 observed variable and 12 hypothesizes. In order to test concept model and hypothesizes, we use online inquiry to collect relevant date and then carry out empirical analysis. In this online inquiry, we used Likert 7 scale method and collect 286 valid questionnaires. Then, structural equation modeling, SPSS 13.0 and AMOS7.0 software were implemented to validate the concept and hypotheses.SPSS13.0 software was used to testify normal distribution, reliability analysis and validity analysis. AMOS7.0 software was used to testify structure variables and observed variables of assessment model. Then, based on the results of this study, I analysis the relationship of the major structure variable. At the same time, we proposed to enhance user satisfaction from website itself,users and other levels. On the analysis of website quality, Four View was introduced to analysis the future development of website in this paper and the observed indicator variables were correspondingly divided into predominance area, patch area, conservation area and opportunity area.
