Further more, the paper analyzes evaluation model of consumer satisfaction, especially the causality model to help for the empirical research.Thirdly, on the basis of the analysis, the paper compares the formation of information user satisfaction of scientific documental database to the general consumer, analyzes the similarities and differences of satisfaction between scientific documental database information user and general customer on the basis of the analysis of theory and puts forward the hypothesis of scientific documental database information user satisfaction model. The paper designs the questionnaire, collects the data and validates the model by the software smartpls to demonstrate a causality model.At last, the result indicates that the hypothesis accord with the formation of the scientific documental database information user satisfaction and valid the redesign of perceived value.
