Computer information technology is influencing and changing our work and life and people start to use computer and intelligent end device to solve problems in our daily work. Enterprises take advantage of informatization measures to compete with others, and also use the design of computer program and database software technology to develop human resources management system to manage information resources of internal employees in combination with application of human resources in routine work. Meanwhile, it also provides the reference for analyzing their production, operation and strategy and is also beneficial for leaders to understand current situation of human resource management, play their management advantages and improve their efficiency so as to achieve the targets and promote the development of enterprises in a healthy way. Guang Hui Agricultural Demonstration Area is subordinate to deputy bureau public institution under Yuhong District. With the development of its businesses, its increasing employees cause human resources become rather complicated. Nowadays, its process of human resource management are still very weak, and its routine work is complicated with low efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to develop human resource management system with easy operation and integrated functions to dispose information automatically. This is the main goal of developing this system.The Human Resource Management System stated in this dissertation was developed based on survey of Shenyang Guang Hui Agricultural Demonstration Area. According to the requirements of human resource management informatization and automation from the company, the distribution of employees in each department and real practice, the system was developed based on the existing computers and network resources to improve the process of human resource management demonstration area and drive its development to informatization and standardization. This dissertation mainly covers the following aspects: the system adopted B/S system structure, and selected J2 EE platform and S2 SH framework to develop programs based on MVC model. It also selected MYSQL database to store the data of users background, took APACHE TOMCAT server for layout of web application and IE explorer at client terminal to access operation.This dissertation firstly introduced the background and significance of the research as well as current situation of domestic and foreign human resource informatization development. Secondly, it offered specific instructions on related technological knowledge for developing the system, including MVC model, S2 SH framework and J2 EE, and fully explained advantages of these technologies in the development. Analyzed the user’s requirement based on object-orient method, modeled the system with UML: described each phase of system implementation using use case diagram, sequence diagram, flow chart and so on; designed the physical and logical structure of database according to the relationship between user tables. Based on the result of requirement analysis and system design, it used software engineering method to program. The main functions of the system are: institutional management, personnel management, award and penalty management,salary management,training management,recruitment management,form management and system user management. After finishing the development part, a detailed test plan was created and the typical function modules were tested accordingly.Currently, the system has been successfully implemented. Through the feedback we collected, the system performs steadily with well-developed functions. So, it can basically meet the needs of Guang Hui Agricultural Demonstration Area, and also provide the evidence for leaders to make decisions and achieve the objectives of the system development.
