Yunnan Province, with moist climate, is a agricultural province with rich diversity of species. With continuous progress of agricultural modernization and standardization, many cities and counties began to establish agricultural demonstration zones, but due to lack of good management methods in initial stage, agricultural demonstration zones existed many issues, like complex approval process, long appraisal cycle, management was not enough perfect, information was not enough transparent, which have seriously affected the process of agricultural modernization and standardization in Yunnan Province.Yunnan standardized model zone of agriculture management system used JavaEE framework as development environment, the database used Oracle10g database, interface used html + css + js, j query technology, and also used html5 technology for humanized and simplified interactive process and interface looked more simple and beautiful. UML technology was used in the system design process, so that functions of whole system were more intuitive, modules were clearer, more logical, greatly improving the development efficiency and shortening the development cycle, and ensuring software quality. System development used the mainstream open source framework SSH (struts + spring + hibernate), divided the system into four layers on responsibility: presentation layer, business logic layer, data persistence layer and domain module layer, allowing developers quickly building Web application program with clear structure, good reusability, strong maintainability in a short term. The system used MVC development model, effectively reducing the coupling between modules, improving code reuse and improving system maintenance. In database design, using the ER diagram for formulation, well matching entity objects with database tables, and making clear relationship between entities.The system included five functional modules, approval of demonstration zones, evaluation and acceptance of demonstration zones, demonstration zones management, system management, and public page showing. Approval of demonstration zones included information entry, scoring approval, demonstration zones of pending approval. Evaluation and acceptance of demonstration zones included the first year evaluation of demonstration zones, the second year evaluation of demonstration zones, acceptance of demonstration zones. Demonstration zones management included GAP certification, result maintenance and information query. System management included modification of user password and basic information, log management and resource management. Public page showing included result show of demonstration zones, important dynamic state, data download of demonstration zones, agriculture standardized training, demonstration zones query and demonstration zones browse.With continuous test and modification, ultimately the system was successfully deployed. The system effectively solved various problems of building agricultural demonstration zones in Yunnan Province, improved work efficiency and quality of the agricultural sector in Yunnan Province, achieving information office of the government and speeding up the pace of modernization of agriculture in Yunnan Province.
