Research On The Promotion Strategies About The University Library Education Service Under The Digital Information Environment

The education function of the library is born with. In feudal society the library trained the ruling class talents, in capitalist industrial society the library popularized the scientific knowledge and skills to the working people, in modern society the library becomes the places for people to lifelong education. University library is the information center of the high education. The ultimate goal of the library is to provide the convenient and accurate service for readers. With the progress of modern science and technology, the information carrier form, transmission route and management style have been changed, the style of the information access and the way of people read have been changed too. The information environment is becoming more and more diversified and complicated.The work of university library shows some new problems under the digital information environment:(1) readers to university library are falling, paper document utilization rate is reducing; (2)excavation of the document information is weak, readers behavior data is lack of understanding; (3) digital resource format is single, information access way is imperfect and so on. This paper tries from the angle of education management and education of information technology, proposes some suggestions and strategies to university library integrated by using the method of questionnaire investigation, literature study and depth interview. (1) to establish a "pan in library philosophy", to construct the library knowledge service cloud platform; 2) to excavate users behavior data, to develop the literature resources in-depth; (3) to build a we-chat interactive platform, to enhance the push service and so on. All of those are in order to provide better information service for the higher education teaching and research.
