With the progress of human science and the continuous development of computer technology, the development of test and measurement technology is increasingly fast. In the development of test and measurement instruments, virtual instrument arises as a milestone at the historic moment. In the rapid development of virtual instrument, the NI LabVIEW as a stable and efficient computer virtual instrument development platform, has been more and more widely used.A test system for product which was designed to test the reliability of product and complete the identification and delivery based on LabVIEW. The system consists of master computer, electrical connector adapter module, programmable load, programmable power supply and cabinet. As the core of master computer, the LabVIEW and FPGA achieve the following functions respectively: the supply of operating platform, the test of different procedures and signal acquisition and communication between human interface and execution. The system has been proved to work stably with great anti-interference performance, achieve to complete the fault diagnosis and analysis and test the performance. The system can also get the complete test data and provide data storage and processing.First of all, on the basis of the composition and characteristics about virtual instrument and the development present situation, this paper expounds the necessity of design about this integrated test system, and puts forward the system overall scheme design through the demand analysis. At the same time, the system software platform and the system hardware design is illustrated as a whole. Paper focuses on the overall scheme of the system software design and has carefully analyzed and introduced, especially for 1553 B module of software and hardware communication protocol framework, semaphore, and the design and use of dynamic link library. At the same time, the paper also compile the function of automatic process. Finally, based on the introduced test process and the result about analyzed, display and data checking after multiple tests, we finally verified the system real-time performance, accuracy and operability, and many other convenient.
