With the rapid development of computer technology, large scale integrated circuit technology and communication technology, makes the product more and more cheap. By contrast, labor costs are increasing year by year. Therefore, for the enterprise, a set of suitable for their own automatic test system, can effectively reduce the cost of production, improve the efficiency of production, and development.In view of the current situation, we also began to research and development of automatic test system. According to the characteristics of the small batch, product variety, chose the labVIEW virtual instrument technology, Its flexibility, scalability, low development difficulty,easy to maintain the characteristics of the suitable for our requirements.Therefore, the focus of this article is to design an automatic test system based on labVIEW. The difficulty lies in using PXI interface card and the labVIEW to design the test items and determine the standard of YDT 729 and GJB4953, and to save test data form document.After 1 year of project research and development, not only completed the system hardware and software design,but also Install the system as a whole and the scene debugging the system hardware and software.The HLUT board, 4 walu board test equipment has been put into used, and to achieve the desired objectives.The system consists of lower machine and PC composition; PC designed by labview software, the main function is to achieve the data analysis, calculations and output; Lower machine by the PXI bus system, signal conditioning boards and PXI boards composed.Finally, it is worth mentioning that the system supports automatic test all our products. Certainly, as a result of the limitation of experimental conditions,and practical application demand, The innovation of this study can be further developed In the future.
