The use of online social media has become increasingly common,when emergency occur,online social media will be filled with a lot of false information,the improper dissemination of these information will have a bad impact on people’s daily life and social economy and social stability will cause damage. In this study,the reliability of information in online social media is studied. Firstly,in this paper,we determine the relevant concepts through literature review.Secondly, in this paper, the emergency of false information about the characteristics of research, from the user’s characteristics, transmission characteristics and content features three big aspects altogether 15 were studied.By extracting the contents of the sina weibo as a corpus, and the weibo content is divided into training set and test set data to analyze samples.Analysis results show that the characteristics of the fifteen extraction, identification of false information in emergencies has good results.Thirdly in this paper,the influence factors of online social media information credibility in emergencies, launches the research, from the information source, information content, information dissemination channels and the information receiver to a total of four of eleven factors, the design of the research hypothesis, by constructing a structural equation model method to test the hypothesis conditions of construction. The test results show that, the information content, information sources, channels of information dissemination and information receiver factors have an impact on the reliability of the information, and the influence has gradually diminished. In the information content of credibility, information integrity of information content credibility failed to get the influence of support. In the information dissemination channels, effects of Internet use on the credibility of the information dissemination channels failed to obtain support. The rest of the research hypotheses are supported.Finally based on the above research results, this paper puts forward the construction of emergency false information online social media strategy.First of all, combined with the research conclusion of the third and fourth chapter, puts forward some strategy of targeted.Secondly,from the public individual, three dimensions,online social media and government put forward the corresponding strategy,through the collaboration of multiple power in order to build the credibility of false information, in order to create a harmonious network environment.Finally based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the construction of emergency false information online social media strategy.First of all, combined with the research conclusion of the third and fourth chapter, puts forward some strategy of targeted.Secondly,from the public individual,three dimensions,online social media and government put forward the corresponding strategy, through the collaboration of multiple power in order to build the credibility of false information,in order to create a harmonious network environment.
