| In recent years,with the rapid development of information,computer and other technologies,such as twitter,Facebook,microblog,Zhihu and other social media platforms,they have become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Social media platform can be used in all aspects of life.A large number of users can freely exchange information in all aspects,including sharing private life,establishing virtual contact with other social media users,disseminating news,publishing opinions,etc.users express their views on an event by publishing,commenting,and forwarding information,so that the social media platform can generate a sea Amount of information.In this environment,after an emergency occurs,the emergency information will spread rapidly through the social media platform,and the information quality in social media will affect the user's cognition of the emergency to a certain extent,thus affecting the response and handling of the emergency.A large number of low-quality emergency information in social media will cause confusion of public opinion dissemination.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the quality of emergency information in social media after an emergency to enhance the user experience of social media and improve the efficiency of emergency information dissemination.This paper studies the quality evaluation of emergency information of social media platform after the occurrence of emergencies.On the basis of combing the research results of information quality evaluation at home and abroad,combined with expert opinions,it constructs the evaluation index system of emergency information quality of social media,and introduces the emotional characteristics of social media users into the evaluation index system.Taking Zhihu platform as an example,in the process of emotional feature extraction of social media users,this paper analyzes the emotional characteristics reflected by the information behavior of social media users after an emergency by using Python web crawler,topic cloud word graph,snowlp method library,etc.;on this basis,it uses questionnaire survey to obtain the quality of emergency information after different emergencies of Zhihu platform And use the cloud theory to analyze.The research shows that this evaluation index system can effectively evaluate the quality of emergency information of social media platform.At the same time,by combining the emotional characteristics of social media users,this paper finds that users not only pay attention to the relevant information of the emergency itself,but also expand the emergency information,pay attention to the emergency response,aftermath,reflection and other aspects in the process of receiving and transmitting emergency information In different events,the information quality reflected by users' information behavior is different from the conclusion of evaluation.Future research can further increase interdisciplinary research and refine research granularity;at the same time,elements in other research fields can be introduced into social media emergency information quality evaluation to further improve the social media emergency information quality evaluation index system. |
