With the rapid development of Internet technology,social media has been widely popularized.The expansion of social media can speed up the disclosure,dissemination and reaction of events,but it also tends to create new social problems.The quality of information on the web is constantly deteriorating,with a large amount of untrue and untrustworthy content flooding social media platforms.The generation and dissemination of false and false information have damaged the trust of users in the social media environment for the information they have obtained,resulting in the lack of trust among users.In this context,this paper takes social media information as the starting point to try to explore the factors affecting the credibility of social media information.On the basis of literature reading and combining with the user perception theory,credibility theory and information processing theory,this paper summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of social media information credibility.From information content,information disseminator,medium of information and user characteristics of four dimensions analysis of social media information credibility influence factor model is put forward,and proposes the research hypotheses based on the model,through the regression analysis was carried out on the sample data,find the correlation between the variables,and to promote social media information of the credible degree of countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.This paper mainly consists of six chapters,which are:The first chapter,introduction,from the perspective of the current situation of the development of social media,this paper expounds the background of the study and significance to the research of the paper,and research and explores the factors affecting social media information credibility evaluation method research both aspects show the research status at home and abroad,the article research describes the content,method and train of thought.The second chapter--theoretical basis and research overview,summarizes the concept research and evaluation mechanism of credibility,the definition of social media and the main research contents.It mainly introduces and summarizes the user perception theory,heuristic and systematic research of information double processing theory and other theories related to the cognition of social media information credibility,and provides theoretical support for the research.The third chapter,model construction and design of experiment,by reference to relevant theory,comprehensive research model,to HSM model as the basic framework,build social media information credibility factors affecting research model,and the model of the variables involved in definition,research hypotheses are put forward.According to the research hypothesis,the variable measurement scale was designed,and the questionnaire was formed.The fourth chapter,the empirical analysis and hypothesis test,the study of collected data,descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS24.0 software reliability and validity test,exploratory factor analysis,correlation and regression analysis,etc,to research the model and hypotheses for validation.The fifth chapter,inductive research revelation,according to the results of this paper,in view of the information content,social media,social networking platforms as well as the improvement of social environment improve put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The sixth chapter,summary and outlook.This chapter points out the limitations of the research and describes the prospect of future research work.
