Recently the NPC and CPPCC passed the 13th Five-Year plan, "Internet+", intelligent manufacturing and modern service industry become the backbone of the 13th Five-Year planning industry, thus all three part cannot leave the information industry ushered in the new development opportunity. At the 12th Five-Year plan stage, our team is gradually developing automobile and parts industry chain cooperation SaaS platform with the early technology and service accumulation, seize the opportunity to continue to play in the industrial chain advantage of informatization by the wind of development, improve market competitiveness, provide professional third party information service together for the majority of small and medium enterprises.Automobile and parts industry chain cooperation SaaS platform has been put on the market, faced with manufacturer and working with many small and medium enterprises concerns about information technology, the platform to take the first on trial and then charges policy, which has attracted more than 8000 companies use platform resources and provided 7*24 hours of the specialized business information services for business collaboration between industry chain upstream and downstream enterprises. But predictably, with the constant promotion of the platform, on the one hand, companies want to buy platform service at the lowest cost to reduce the cost of spending, on the other hand, platform hopes to retain old customers and attract more enterprises use the platform to improve profits, in order to seek the balance point of maximizing the profit of both sides, platform needs to solve the existing single billing way, user participation is not high and the problem of poor experience. Under this background, this thesis establishes billing model based on the user characteristics of multi-coalition, multi-enterprise and multi-collaboration, and provides various billing way for customers to choose from. This thesis mainly includes the following four aspects:(1) Analyses the characteristics of enterprise customers, in order to meet the customers’ personalized billing requirement, a billing model is established according to the characteristics of the platform customers. In order to better describe the billing model, models involving the main entity objects are defined; three layer hybrid metadata storage models is proposed to store billing model.(2)Implementation of traffic statistics and evaluation of SLO Based on Aspect-Oriented Programming and HTTP protocol, dynamic woven into the original platform system, the statistics of the data as the source of the bill generation engine. So as to meet the needs of users:according to the need to use, according to the use of billing.(3) Accurate and timely generation bill play a determinant role in billing system, in this thesis, generates bills according to data from three aspects, design a bill generation engine, and the implementation.(4) Tenants submit payment requests, billing platform will be sent to the third party payment platform, after the deal, modify the tenant relevant information in the billing system and feedback the result of pay to tenants in time, through the process of these processes to achieve online payment functions and expands the tenants pay channels.
