In recent years, a wide range of countries try hard on 3G-building, so that they bring the rapid development of Mobile Internet, Mobile Internet as a new industry, with its unique advantages, has been emergence of unprecedented business models. At the same time, the competition of China telecommunications industry has undergone a profound change. The operators are facing increasingly fierce competition and challenges. Maintain the relationship between the members of industrial value chain and form a good cooperation and competition situation in order to guarantee the development of Mobile Internet.At the start, this paper analyzes the evolution of the telecommunications industrial value chain. Then build the framework of the industrial value chain in the Mobile Internet era. At the same time, combined with the development trend of telecommunication market, this paper proposed the points which restricting the development of the industry value chain. Second, analysis the cooperation and competition relationship between operators and SP, standing at the operator’s point of view, to study the profit-sharing and competition between them; by using Stackelberg model shows the results. At last, analysis the relationgship between the terminal manufacturer and the operator. Indicated that in the new competitive environment, operators must be use mobile customization to solve the bottleneck in the development of mobile applications. At the same time affirmed the necessity and importance of mobile customization. At present terminal customization is divided into several modes of telecommunications recommendation, elementary customization, common customization, cooperative R&D and popularization, general customization and customer customization all over the world. Based on cooperative R&D and popularization, establish the profit-sharing model. Finally, give the development proposals to operators in the Mobile Internet era.
