In the new context of open innovation,innovation is no longer limited to companies,regions,and countries,but more to industrial chains and industrial clusters.The development of industrial clusters plays an increasingly important role in the process of economic development.As a cutting-edge and highvalue-added industry,the semiconductor industry has obvious leading role in other related industries and is a key and key industry with major strategic significance in the entire national economy.Based on the cooperation perspective of the industry chain,this paper studies the collaborative innovation of the semiconductor industry cluster in Shaanxi Province.First of all,it discusses the development of the semiconductor industry in Shaanxi Province;secondly,it defines the concepts of collaborative innovation and collaborative innovation in semiconductor industry clusters based on the vertical cooperation perspective of the industry chain,then from the perspective of the “contained chain” of the industry chain: enterprise chain,value chain,technology chain,supply chain and space chain,the factors affecting the collaborative innovation of semiconductor industry clusters are analyzed,and select the direct effect of innovation that can represent collaborative innovation performance more effectively as the basis for collaborative innovation performance research;thirdly,constructing the influencing factors and performance evaluation index system for the collaborative innovation of semiconductor industry clusters in Shaanxi Province.Taking semiconductor companies in Shaanxi Province as samples,the structural equation model is used to further quantitatively analyze the structural relationships between the influencing factors of collaborative innovation and performance.Fourthly,on the basis of empirical analysis results and collaborative innovation theory,the paper proposes the promotion of Shaanxi's semiconductor industry cluster in six aspects: enterprise chain factors,value chain factors,technology chain factors,supply and demand chain factors,spatial chain factors,and industrial development direction.Collaborative innovation performance recommendations.These suggestions can provide ideas for improvement for various innovation entities within the Shaanxi Semiconductor Industry Cluster.It is hoped that through the implementation of these recommendations,the synergistic innovation performance of Shaanxi's semiconductor industry cluster can be improved.Through theoretical analysis and empirical test,this paper draws the following conclusions:First,the five "contained chains" factors of the industrial chain have different degrees of influence on the collaborative innovation performance of the industrial clusters.Among them,the enterprise chain factor has the greatest impact and the supply chain factor has the least impact.Secondly,the observable variable factors have different influences on their latent variable factors.Thirdly,Shaanxi semiconductor cluster companies can further enhance the level of collaborative innovation performance in Shaanxi's semiconductor industry clusters by adopting six aspects of suggestions of corporate chain factors,value chain factors,technology chain factors,supply and demand chain factors,spatial chain factors,and industrial development directions.
