Research And Application On Billing Management System For Collaborative Commerce Platform Of Automobile Industry Chain

As one of the great countries of car production and sales, the competition in China automobile industry has reached the white-hot state, and "Matthew" has become increasingly prominent. Many small and medium-sized enterprises because of their own supplies and the lack of industry information have difficult vanguard in this competition. The main work of the paper includes:1) Analysis the characteristics of the users of collaborative commerce platform of auto-mobile industry chain and the business collaboration. Analyses the need of billing manage-ment system from different roles’perspective;2) Develop a reasonable billing strategies for different roles, and achieve the program of billing management system;3) Describe the main functions of billing management system, and make detailed design for the function of the system and database;4) Achieve each business function billing management based on Aspect Oriented Program-ming and user account management; 5) On the basis of the design, realize the development of billing management system based on the dot net.
