The collaborative SaaS Platform of industrial chains is a Platform for third-party services which mainly services for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and offers a variety of services for enterprises alliances which lead by a Manufacturing enterprises Collaborating with numerous suppliers, distributors, repair services provider. The members of each enterprises alliance do business collaboration and data queries. At the same time, the platform seamless integrate each manufacturer’s internal ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, so that each Enterprise can unceasingly process the business data.When the platform users do business processing on collaborative SaaS Platform of industrial chains, a lot of business data will be produced, for example purchase order information vehicle maintenance and after-sale service information. All the business data will be firstly stored in the database of platform, and then it will be switched to enterprise’s internal system by data exchanging and stores in the database of enterprise’s internal system. When the data is storing in the database of platform, maybe some data security problem will be produced for enterprises, because some data are very important for the owner, which should not be obtained by other individuals or user. In order to meet the demands of data security, the platform needs to provide confidentiality protection of critical data, the safest and most common measure is the data encryption and store cryptograph, but encrypted data would cause inconvenience to data retrieval.Regarding to the requirement of data encryption and data retrieval, and combining with the solution of multitenant platforms associated business data encryption scheme, a method of cipher-text retrieval for collaborative SaaS Platform of industrial chains is presented. This method uses the self-established indexing mechanism and two stage query, create index records for sensitive information by adjacency relation algorithm and OPES (Order Preserving Encryption Scheme), the algorithm adjacency relation algorithm is used to encrypt character data and OPES is used to encrypt numerical data. The index records are logged in the sensitive fields of location information. When a data-retrieval is doing, a data set will be gotten firstly by the indexes, and then the second phase of inquiry which excludes the false information. By the method we can obtain the correct query results with a few data decryption. So far the method has been applied in automobile after-sale service system for KM and NJSC parts procurement system in which our solution can provide transparent and accurate retrieval support for users.
