SaaS model developed from the mature of the Internet technology and application software.Compared with the traditional software model and information system construction,SaaS model has the advantages of low cost,multitenancy,convenient,etc.A "vertical" SaaS software for small and medium-sized enterprises in automotive industry has been developed and launched the market.The old billing strategy was to charge for the tenant rental services,which has many problems and cannot meet the current demand of the SaaS platform.This thesis analyzes the related problems of the current billing strategy,researches on key technologies and implemented the rental and billing system.The content of this thesis includes the following aspects:(1)Firstly,the thesis introduces the research background and significance of rental and billing system for SaaS platform in automotive industry,analyzes the billing problems the SaaS platform is facing.According to these problems,the thesis puts forward an improved billing strategy based on the concept of package.A package contains two aspects,one is the services included,and the other is the amount of traffic.Based on this billing strategy,this thesis completes the analysis of the demand of a rental and billing system.(2)Secondly,AOP technology,getting traffic data of a tenant through analyzing HTTP messages,is put forward to meet the demand of flow collection and then merged into the SaaS platform.(3)Thirdly,packages were designed by using improved K-means algorithm,Apriori algorithm and optimization model with constrains.A package design includes two aspects,services included and package price.The thesis first analyzed the expectation of withdrawing funds and increasing the market share of the SaaS platform in automotive industry,and then put forward a flow of package design.We used improved K-means algorithm to segment markets and Apriori algorithm to extract the content of each package which is more suitable for some certain segment market.And then we constructs a constraint optimization model of pricing based on the utilities of enterprises groups and the demand functions in the target of maximizing the revenue and in the constraints of conditions.After getting the model solutions,we proposed if the revenue is as expected.(4)As with the introduction of packages,an improved billing strategy which means “package + free subscription” and “prepaid + postpaid” is introduced,the system charged for the rental and use of tenants according to the new billing strategy.(5)Finally,this thesis designed the system,implemented functions which include package management,rental management and charging management and applied the packages to the SaaS platform.
