Support strategies include finance, technology, human resources, innovation driven and strategic alliance and so on, and at the same time it offers relevant suggestions.In the field of radio and television industry, there are many enter prises similar to C Medium company, and they all have a similar situation, They shoulder the mission of the development of the new Medium broadcasting, and face strong pressure to quickly become bigger and stronger.In the opportunities and challenges coexist, they should strengthen enterprise strategy research, effort to adapt to changes in the competitive environment, and recognize their own internal resources and capabilities, seize the development opportunities to promote their implementation spans type development.
