With the rapid development of information communication and Internet technology,the integration of the three networks in China has entered a substantial stage of promotion.On January 13,2010,the Executive meeting of the State Council decided to speed up the integration of broadcasting and television networks,telecommunications networks and Internet networks,so as to achieve interconnection and interpenetration and intercrossing of services on the Internet and form seamless coverage.The convergence of the three networks is to realize the sharing of network resources,avoid low-level redundant construction,and form a high-speed broadband multimedia infrastructure platform with wide adaptability,easy maintenance and low cost.In the triple play in the process,the new media started slowly,like Internet OTT,mobile TV,IPTV emerge in endlessly,and between the traditional radio and television in a user has intensified competition,severely affected by the position and function of traditional radio and television,cable television network company to bring huge impact,the original user erosion is serious.In the increasingly fierce competitive environment under the three-network convergence,SD Network,as a cable TV network operator,explores and gives full play to its own advantages to meet the opportunities and challenges brought by the three-network convergence trend,which is an urgent problem for the company to solve.SD is founded at the end of 2010,radio and television networks company integrated the province 16 cities cable network,is the earliest in China's coastal developed areas to realize cable network fully integrated provinces.The company should give play to its integration advantages,speed up the structural upgrade of the digital TV industry,and innovate its business operations,so that the benefits brought about by the integration of the three networks can enter ordinary families.Because there are many problems before and after the integration,they need to be solved urgently?Therefore,SD radio and television network companies must establish a modern enterprise management system,formulate a scientific and reasonable competition strategy under the background of triple play,and vigorously promote the reform and innovation of the company system,enables users to enjoy more convenient services and more affordable products,improve the adhesion of the user,establish the company's brand culture,ensure that the company is on a sustainable development path.This thesis is guided by the theory of modern enterprise strategic management.Firstly,by analyzing the impact of foreign three-networks integration development process on cable TV network operators,we explore the development prospects of the broadcasting and television industry under the background of three-networks integration in China.SD radio and television network companies are now facing the main competitors,using the PEST model for the macro environment,clear future competition trends and upcoming opportunities and threats;once again thoroughly analyze the internal environment of SD radio and television network companies to find their true advantages and Disadvantages;Finally,in accordance with SD radio and television network companiessustainable development goals,the implementation of differentiation strategy formulation is the most suitable competition strategy,and puts forward the corresponding implementation strategy and safeguard measures,in order to ensure the company effectively implement the strategy of competition.The conclusions drawn in this article can be used for reference by radio and television network companies in other provinces,and have certain reference significance.
