With the improvement of people's living condition, people's diet has changed from the concept of nutrition-based diet to the concept of energy, so, milk causes the people's attention. Milk is a nutrient-rich and comprehensive foods, accurate detection for milk constituents has aroused widespread concern, fat and protein content in milk are important in decision of the quality of milk, so milk quality testing mainly focus on the two indicators. Light scattered technology is a multidisciplinary integrated technology. The technology has a non-destructive, fast tracking the process of system changes, and so on. Researching for biological macromolecules based on the technology of light scattered has became one of the hot current researchAt present, through comparing and analyzing the method for detecting the composition of the milk. To determine the light scattering technique, using light scattered turbio ways to detect the milk constituents, that is, when the light source throuthing uniform medium, it will yield macromolecules scattering and transmission situations, the ratio of scattering light and transmitted light scattered called the rate between the scattered light and transmitted light. By analyzing the method for the rate between the scattered light and transmitted light on milk composition of light transmission, light scattering theory have been studied by the milk constituents of light scattering models of the effects of milk composition. Detect factors (such as temperature) carried out experiments on milk composition of light scattered through than the model is optimized and improved. Detection system of the milk constituents is needed to set up. The system includes the main control unit, light intensity detection circuit, Temperature control unit, Data communication module, samples of milk out of the control unit, as well as liquid crystal display system. Rapid determination of the system can milk protein and fat content, so as to determine the quality of milk. Based on the rate between the scattered light and transmitted light, the system applications programming is needed to to design, which is including system initialization programme, intelligent control programme and so on. In order to realize the hardware system of sampling and sampling, A/D conversion, data communications, and test temperature control.
