| With the rapid development of computer technology, online shopping has become an indispensable way in our dailylife. Online shopping is beneficial to both consumers and sellers. For consumers,they can shop at home,to sellers,they get cost savings from traditional shop front and clerk. In addition, now many vendors attach great importance to the online selling, and there are many direct selling or rarely levels of distribution, unlike traditional channels with strict distribution system, also saving a lot. However, Shopping websites are very popular, only has special weapon can a vendor win in this fierce competition. Yunnan province enjoys abundant of dairy resources which people need a lot, and setting a milk order website is not only necessary but also a new channel to milk selling.My website uses the latest technology of ASP and SQL Server2005database technology and B/S three layers model website core architecture. With a detailed analysis of website demand, I design a complete solution including the design and implementation of each function module, and the establishment of database. This thesis discusses mainly two aspects of the functions that are divided into foreground and background. Foreground’s function contains website front page that the user is mainly through it to online shopping, and then there is a shopping cart module which facilities user shopping settlement. The background mainly undertakes the management and maintenance of website, including member management, order management and inventory management, etc.To sum up, the website possesses a complete process of ordering milk.Finally, the paper also contains customer feedback data analysis of the website, a customer satisfaction model and designing a relevant satisfaction evaluation system for a comprehensive website’s customer satisfaction evaluation, which will improve the website including service and product quality, so as plays an important role for the development of website and enterprise. |
