In recent years, along with the increase of residents' per capita income and diet changes, Our country large-scale breeding industry of milk cows flourished. It is very important for our country's breeding industry of milk cows that how is the dairy production management mode from traditional to modern management mode for change, standardization and improving cow farm in existing scientific construction, improving the scale operation technical content.Raising cows'income, basically originate adult cows'milk products. Milk production reflects the cow's health condition. The quality of milk and cows'health reflected from conductivity in the milk is an important basis to judge whether the cow infected with the Hidden Mastitis.The acquisition and processing quantity of Cow individual information is a very important work. The traditional measuring method of cow milk products is mainly using artificial measurement, not only the human cost but also low working efficiency, and measurement results is susceptible to human factors and bring any inconvenience to the management work. The detection of production is usually artificially reading of the data ,but artificially data collection will be great error and the bad real-time . This brought great difficulty to dairy management and brought inconvenience to cow diseases diagnosis and prompt treatment and breeding.This topic based on the present situation of the development of studying cow milk production yield detection in domestic and foreign, puts forward the existing measuring equipment faults. According to the actual situation of our small and medium-sized stockbreeder, by using for reference of foreign outstanding research, design a kind of new type of milk products detection system on analyzing the actual object of study characteristic topic after the overall design detection system solutions, and the hardware design circuits. Choose sensor on cow milk cans integrating real-time detection, Adopts STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer control of detection system, and the signal processing and data acquisition circuit design part.In virtual instrument and software development platform Labwindows/cvi on the computer software design and development,System mainly includes data acquisition and processing, man-machine interface, backend database three parts. System can realize on cow milk products, milk of electrical conductivity real-time data acquisition, storage, display, inquires the and callback functions, such as the historical curve. System and database, combined with all of the information about cows will be stored in the database, great place to show the material safeguard system user difficulty, greatly reduces the system development costs , and reached the economical and practical purpose. This subject develops data acquisition system user which has friendly interface and operates conveniently.This system measured bull cows'milk products and milk conductivity. Experiments show that the system can measure and record regularly, continuously and accurately to the cow's milk products and conductivity and the operation is simple. The system with low cost and high reliability meets the basic needs for data acquisition of the stockbreeder .
