R Company belongs to the manufacturing enterprises, which major products are electronic products such as mobile phones, notebook computer backlight. Backlight module (B/L) as one of the key parts of the panel, its processing quality determines the quality of the panel.In the fierce market competition, the company is facing the great challenge of customer complaints and low volume production.In this paper, combined with the production process of backlight of R company, based on the Quality Function Deployment, analyzes the consumers’ requirements in the B/L field, research on its production process are analyzed. Then, these requirements would be taken into account at every stage of the production and assembly of B/L products, effect of B/L product quality and production technical process and key process to identify and improvement, so as to improve the product user satisfaction and enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise. In this paper, the main research results are as follows:1) The establishment of a QFD waterfall backlight module decomposition model. Intermediate product user requirements elicitation method is proposed based on the KANO model, customer relationship management and technical personnel to provide technical specifications and product collaborative development chain. Fuzzy clustering method based on user demand of backlight were collected for grading and classification; Important customer requirements is proposed based on hidden markov chain degree measurement and prediction methods; Based on the requirement ontology similarity method to obtain a list of the LED backlight module technical requirements. The establishment of a backlight module planning hoq, process planning hoq,the key working procedure hoq, analysis and find out influence the B/L customer requirement’s product quality and production of the key factors for the bad clean and light fixture efficiency is too low.2) Through the analysis of R enterprise backlight module assembly process, low key quality factors based on QFD identification efficiency lighting fixtures, made a low-cost high-efficiency improvement program fixture.The original production line each station an improved lighting fixture can have up to four lighting stations, not only to improve lighting efficiency, but also cost-effective control and improve the level of security.3) Based on the analysis of the R a clean process, put forward the automatic cleaning process design, to replace the original manual take put diaphragm and tear film process performed by automatic machine. Analyze the technical requirements of automatic cleaning process, and map out of clean process automation work cycle. The key technology of to automated clean processes such as absorbing device, to tear film device and transporting device, analyzes movement route and improve the design, the design scheme can be human liberation, realize automation, improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning.
