Production technology is an important basis for enterprises to carry out production and manufacturing,which determines the product quality,the length of production cycle and the manufacturing cost of enterprises.Production technology directly affects the competitiveness and business performance of enterprises.Therefore,in the face of multiple alternative process schemes,how to scientifically evaluate the process schemes by constructing a systematic evaluation index system based on the actual situation of the enterprise,and how to select the optimal process scheme from them have became a problem that manufacturing enterprises need to solve.With AA Company as the research object,this paper comprehensively applies the method of production process and technical and economic performance.Base on the actual situation of AA Company,evaluation method on the process plan of semiconductor buffer layer and selection method are systematically studied.Applying the recognition of documents and materials and sorting,questionnaire,Delphi method and other methods,this paper describes the overall development of the semiconductor technology,introduces the basic situation of AA company,designs and constructs 4 primary indicatiors including the economy,quality,efficiency,flexibility and 14 secondary indicators of AA buffer layer thin film semiconductor process evaluation index system.According to the principle of analytic hierarchy process,the weights of each evaluation indicator in criterion layer and index layer are analyzed,determined and classified qualitative indicatiors and quantitative indicatiors,and then specific the measuring standard are established.Using the established evaluation index system,three alternative processes of AA semiconductor buffer layer,such as aluminum nitride method,oxygen blowing method and transition metal nitride method,were analyzed and evaluated,and the results showed that oxygen blowing method was the best one among them.The research results of this paper not only provide a scientific basis for the selection and decision-making of the semiconductor buffer layer process plan of AA Company,but also provide a reference framework and thinking for the selection of the process plan of our company and other enterprises.
