Therefore, this paper select phoenix new media as the object of study. Phoenix New Media had formed its own unique characteristics of news reports. In the Development of Phoenix New Media’s several reforms, particularly its outstanding performance in business news, news, news commentary and news on the topic with a unique style in the fierce competition in the Internet, as well as derived from the Phoenix and Phoenix radio news client and many other brands, and then build into the Phoenix new media Group.In this paper, I had read a lot of references on the basis set forth the history of the Phoenix new media, Phoenix new media news reports listed gone from simple information to the re-integration of the information transformation.
