Study On The Application Of All Media In The Television News Report Program Of Phoenix Satellite Television

With the occurrence of mobile social contact new media a few years ago, such as Weibo, WeChat, everyone became the information spreader and receiver, and news report was no longer dominated and controlled by media departments. Consequently, changes in the media environment bring great impacts to the television news of traditional media. In the constant mentioning of new media forms, like the media convergence, all media, etc. the country also puts forward policies of the "media convergence". Moreover, Phoenix Satellite Television, which sticks to "the support of news" keeps up with the changes in media environment, and launched two programs, namely All Media Full Time-Space and Lecturing of All Media in 2013 and 2015 respectively, and led the reform in all media of television news reports.Based on the analysis of above factors, the author decides the topic of this research, which is mainly based on the media convergence theory and integration of news concepts. And then, two programs, namely All Media Full Time-Space and Lecturing of All Media are selected as cases for the research, based on the analysis of two agents that promote the reforms in television reform. After program samples are selected for coding, text analysis is launched from five aspects, including the television news topic selection, television news report mode, content arrangement for television news, broadcasting style of television news, and broadcasting pictures of television news.In the text analysis process, the author concludes that compared with the traditional television news report, television news report carrier develops from single medium to multi-media convergence, which turns the simple television news broadcasting to be the all media application with various information sources and ways of expression. Due to the increase of television news report mode, the content arrangement of television news becomes the brightest spot of the two programs. The program mainly re-integrates the information contents without too many changes in the news topic selection, and reports of the latest pattern, which not only enhances the interactions with audiences, but also optimizes the news contents.Therefore, "all media" television news report can make use of the convergence media to dig the contents further. According to the author, the future television news reports shall still be dominated by contents, and it can attract audiences with excellent contents, so as to be recognized by audiences.
