USB universal serial bus(USB) because of its plug and play, support hot plug etc., to transmit information between computers and peripherals, power supply applications. Years along with the progress of science and technology, high speed and ultra-high speed of mass data transmission has extensive demand, development of integrated circuit testing equipment for large-scale high-speed data transmission and control the demand of the middleware has been on the agenda. The USB2.0 protocol applied in many fields, but the deal itself characteristics, transmission rate has been can not meet the higher demand in engineering at present.This article expounds the content mainly includes the following aspects:1. According to the present and the urgent need of the high-speed mass data transmission and control by analyzing the USB2.0 protocol and other, transfer middleware design advantages and disadvantages, and detail has the advantages of the start agreement with new features, according to the characteristics of the start agreement, verify the feasibility of high speed data transmission control card module development.2. Analysis of the existing market chips, according to the project purpose and demand to choose CYUSB3014 as USB control chip, according to the properties of the chip, based on the start hardware architecture and design of PCB layout. Development and design of USB chip embedded application, drive the FPGA logic and the upper machine.3. Design and complete testing methods, and the actual test experiments, to be on the design of high-speed data transmission control card verification. In data transmission of the insufficiency of the design of control card was summarized, for later to improve or secondary development matters needing attention.
