In order to monitor and preprocess the image data stream of SD card in the camera,this paper constructs a high-speed download hardware system based on FPGA monitoring and USB3.0 transmission,and deeply studies the data flow of camera transmission in hardware system.This work is as follows:In order to promote the industrial application of civilian camera,this paper introduces an image preprocessing method based on FPGA monitoring and USB3.0 transmission for the existing USB2.0 interface issue of civilian camera,under the premise of not destroying the structure of the camera,we using the powerful parallel computing ability of FPGA,the image data can be collected and processed in real time by the way of external monitoring.,The preprocessing results can communicate with the host computer through the USB3.0 interface,which saves the image transmission time greatly.At the same time,some preprocessing work is completed in the hardware,ultimately to achieve the goal of obtaining the normalized image quickly.Compared with the traditional USB2.0 interface,this design of the hardware system has a faster transmission capacity.In this paper,the design idea and structure of the system are introduced in detail,and the software and hardware are tested and verified respectively.The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of friendly interface,stable performance,high integration,flexible use and strong practicability.The system is suitable for applications such as machine vision,visual navigation,stereoscopic vision,pattern recognition and so on.
