Research On Rural Information Service Mode Of Public Library In Jilin Province

Informatization in rural areas is an important part of building a modernized countryside.In recent years,the Chinese government has been constantly improving rural information infrastructure,increasing support for rural information equipment,and gradually integrating Internet,cloud computing and other new media technologies into rural agricultural production and farmers' information services,which has improved agricultural productivity and more widely satisfied farmers' information services.Jilin Province is a major agricultural province in China.In recent years,the government of Jilin Province has continuously improved the rural information infrastructure,increased the support of rural information service,promoted the development process of public library cause,and made some achievements in public library information service.However,in the impact of this information wave,Jilin Province farmers' information needs,rural information services and other issues have yet to be sorted out.It is an urgent problem to understand the information service status of public libraries in rural areas of Jilin Province,sort out the information needs of rural users,so as to provide precise information needs for rural users.This paper summarizes the literature on rural information service and farmers' information behavior,and takes the theory of information dissemination and information equity as the theoretical basis.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of rural information service of public libraries in Jilin Province by taking the public libraries in Jilin Province as the objects of questionnaire and the public library librarians,rural users and public library experts as the objects of interview.This paper constructs the rural information service mode which is suitable for the public library in Jilin Province,and puts forward effective suggestions for the implementation of the mode.This paper consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and summary;The second chapter is about the basic problems of rural information service of public library,combing the relevant connotation and taking the theory of information dissemination and information equity as the theoretical basis;The third chapter is the investigation of the present situation,the investigation of Jilin Province public library rural information services,and its analysis;The fourth chapter is the improvement strategy interview,using the interview method to have a deeper understanding of the rural information services of public libraries in Jilin Province,and analyze the coding results;The fifth chapter is the model construction,according to the theoretical basis and survey data to construct the rural information service model according to local conditions,and make the adaptability analysis;The six chapter is the implementation suggestion of the model,which puts forward the implementation suggestions from the four aspects of facility construction,content support,activity organization and operation guarantee;Chapter seven is the conclusion and prospect of the research.
