With the development of science and technology, The application of industrial technology, scientific research and home life has spread extensively. This paper introduces the history, the status and the future development of the data acquisition system. And then the importance of the data acquisition system for digital lab has been elaborated. Based on STM32, a dual channel real-time data acquisition system,of which the acquisition accuracy is 16 bits and the speed of each channel is adjustable from 0Hz to 250 KHz, is developed. After analyzing the overall framework of the dual channel data acquisition system and discussing the selection of the hardware circuit and the advantage, the final Performances of the whole system is put forward. The circuit uses the STM32f103C8 as the main control chip and the two chips of AD7663 to collect data. Through the software design of STM32, the timing control requirements and scheme are discussed. The display and manage of data are programmed on MFC platform, the Programming tool is VS2010, the final target the dual channel data acquisition system should access is that the system collects photoelectric signal in the same time and send the digital data to the computer through the USB port, then the data will be managed and displayed. In the end, data acquisition system is tested by using the standard sinusoidal signal, and the Running state of the system is received. After the voltage signal test, it shows that the collection rate of acquisition system can meet the requirement and the precision is enough, the system can basically satisfies the need of data acquisition in optical experiment.
