In the contemporary society, with the development of the information technology, the data acquisition system has been more and more widely used in the military, industrial production and daily life. The key technology to judge the performance of a data acquisition system has become the sampling rate, memory capacity, transmission speed, user-friendly installation operation and reliability and so on.In order to study of the data acquisition system whose functions could apply in the specific situation, this paper which combine with the actual engineering project will achieve the collection and storage of the external data in the wide temperature range(-40? ? + 85?).Based on introducing the research status at home and abroad, it introduces the USB interface technology and the communication protocol in this paper, and a general design principle and implementation scheme is put forward under the index requirements, After analysis the implementation process of the hardware and software in the various modules,the communication design on the USB interface is mainly introduced, then analyze the reliability of data transmission, and finally the design of data acquisition system is completed.To compile the data acquisition system, it used the method based on FPGA and DSP,they would work together, the FPGA is mainly responsible for the acquisition of the two different kinds of signals and adjustment their logic; The AD sampling chip is collecting the AGC voltage of the external product; The 422 communication circuit is collecting the K-value data by communicating with the external product; This system used two SRAM chips which has the same capacity to keep buffer effect for the two kinds of data before store them; In cooperation with FPGA, DSP could store the data which are caching in the SRAM chips into the Flash chip; Using USB interface it could keep the data interaction between the data acquisition system and the computer to compile the functions such as upload the data or delete them from the Flash chip. After the system could work normally under indoor temperature, we also do some testing experiments to ensure the stable operation of the system.These functions about the data acquisition system would play a good role about the application in the related areas in this paper. And there are good references for other occasions of the data acquisition system.
