| At present,the technology of virtual instrument has been developing very quickly in the field of electronic measurement and automatic control.With the development of computer technique,classical instrument is beginning to turn into computerization.Virtual instrument is the product of modern computer technique,instrument technique and other new technique.The conception, development and structure of Virtual instrument and LabVIEW are described in this thesis.The relevant conception of data acquisition system is presented.This paper present a structure of data acquisition system based on LabVIEW. Installation and test of data acquisition devices is described. Through the combination of hardmare and software,the data acquisition system is developed, the temperature signal acquisition and processing of various access are realized.Making full use of advantages of Virtual Instrument and adopting modular programming design method,the application system ,which data acquisition of various access is developed,the system can satisfy the multiple type of devices and signals.The relevant conception of network is presented in this paper.The technologies of Datasocket,publish on web and TCP/IP are also described,Three methods based on the research of network communicate based on virtual instrument,compared three methods in develop difficulty, utility and reliability.By researching the achievements made both in domestic and international countries, the thesis present an implementation of remotely distributed architecture devices monitoring and faults diagnosis system based on DataSocket, from the perspective of remotely monitoring and control of device under the inspection.Simulation results of steam turbine generator-sets monitoring and faults diagnosis have been implemented by DataSocket , the online monitoring and faults diagnosis system are designed, which have advantages of simple operation, friendly interface andgood compatibility.This research work is the foundation of applying the technique to industry enterprises successively. |
