The main researching content of data acquisition system on chip is to analyze the engine on the basis of the vibration signal of the large rotary machine or air-pressing machine in workshop. In this system, data acquisition system can sample the vibration analog signal with a suitable sampling frequency, convert it to digital value, and then send it to computer for complicated analysis and process in time. Following the project, a set of data acquisition system based on engine's fault diagnosing and analyzing is designed and produced. The main research and development are described as following.(1) Two sets of sensor signal modulation circuit are designed. Voltage/ICP multiplexing signal designing is adopted to reduce components and save cost.(2) SOC (System On a Chip) singlechip is adopted as the central processing unit of data acquisition system which has improved the reliability of the system and saved cost. According to the requirement of the project, we expand the modules of exterior memorizer, LCD, serial port communication, keyboard, power supplying, AD sampling, and module of battery's voltage measuring as well.(3) As for the system, drivers of the exterior expanding module has been completed and two different mode for signal analyzing, namely digital model and graphic model have been realized. The function for data acquisition system on chip to transmit the sampling signal to monitor computer by the UARTO serial port in time for further complicated processing has been realized.(4) The anti-jamming question of data acquisition system on chip has been investigated. Sources of jamming for the data acquisition system on chip and its solutions have been studied, and as emphases of this work, anti-jamming question of board level is analyzed in view of system designing.
