The Design And Implementation Of Training Managment System For Chinese Academy Of Social Sciences

Chinese Academy of Social Sciences is the highest academic institution in the humanities and social science research, it is not only plays the role of think tanks for the Party Central Committee and the State Council, but also it carries on the training of the national policy and advanced knowledge for our senior intellectuals. In the original training business management of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, it mainly records the training information through the EXCEL documents, the other operations of business process are carried out through the paper documents. With the development of training business for China Academy of Social Sciences, the the scope of training staff is expanding, trainees also expanded, in this case, the original management mode has been unable to meet the requirements for the traning business of China Academy of social sciences. So with a full feasibility study, China Academy of Social Sciences decides to build a training management system which can satisfy the requirements.In the architecture design process, China Academy of Social Sciences Training Management System uses B/S approach for the construction, the J2EE system is adopted to carry on the design and development of the system. As many core training materials is presented in the system, and some of these informations are confidential documents, the physical architecture of system uses the VPN dial+ multilayer firewall. In the selection of middleware, the information security is taking into account, the system uses a large number of domestic software and open source software, in the the application server, it uses Kingdee Apusic server. In the database selection, the free MySql database is adopted, and the open source software in Russia Nginx is used for the load balancing.Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Training management system is consists of four core modules, the training preparation management, training implementation management, the training evaluation management, statistical analysis and evaluation respectively. The training preparation management is involves on the training plan, needs and budget; training implementation management is the training classes, enrollment, teaching and archiving process; the training evaluation management is collecting the training effect evaluation of the students and teachers, and then generates the feedback information for the leaderships, and the statistical analysis module is the analysis on all kinds of data in the system, and obtain the corresponding results. Through the four module, the system can realize the full life cycle management of training business for Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, it can generate the corresponding training files for each student, and it can also manage the training of all kinds of data and information generated in the process of scientific and orderly management.In the construction process of China Academy of Social Sciences Training Management System, it not only manages the existing training materials and business process, but also it needs to consider the change of training business in the future. So in the business performance, the construction of the system must consider to the expansibility, and build a system in a long-term use.
