Design And Implementation Of Institutions Of Higher Learning Teacher Training Management System Based On J2EE

Our colleges and universities have been committed to the improvement of the teacher training management system for a long time.They are determined to establish a teacher training management system that is more suitable for the contemporary society,and put aside the original Excel spreadsheet registration method to get a deeper understanding of each trainee's information.In today's teacher training management system,there are many loopholes.In order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each trainee,conduct targeted training on the deficiencies,and improve the overall quality of the teachers,the reform of China's teacher training management system is urgently needed.However,this training system largely compensates for the above vulnerabilities.It uses Struts+Spring+Hibernate technology as the framework of the whole system,B/S structure as the main structure of the system,and takes a new database SQLServer to make a targeted development of language Java,which has largely optimized the original training system.The optimization of the functionality of this system is reflected in the classification of the information of the trainees.The basic information of each trained teacher,the expenses that need to be paid,and the specific training content are clearly recorded in this system.It uses the information and data in the database for analysis,refines the advantages and disadvantages of each teacher,and then develop targeted skills training programs to comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers,and contribute to China's education.During the research process of this system,I mainly participated in the following work: 1.Analyze the needs of the teacher training management system in colleges and universities.In this regard,use professional techniques,such as design examples or business flow charts,to comprehensively analyze the teacher training management system,and to explain the training management system in details.It explains the functional characteristics of the training management system,privacy and other aspects.2.The design of the training management system,including the overall system design,detailed design and database design,is also known as holistic,specific,functional design,the integrity of the system includes the construction of physical,logical,functional frameworks.The specific design requires that each part of the details be interpreted and combined withthe appropriate UML diagram to make the content of the system easier to understand.The perfect function is reflected in the improvement of the database,and the system information and database information should be closely linked and analyzed.To create an excellent teacher training management system,not only to give it practical use,but also to consider the development of the times,to give it future usability.Therefore,in the design process,it is necessary to incorporate advanced technology,increase its use period,and conform to the development of the times.The innovation of this paper is that the improved HyperMap clustering high-dimensional data visualization method proposed in this paper can not only visually display the data structure information,but also has high accuracy in the analysis of teacher assessment data.Through the combination of theory and experiment,the research of this paper has good practical and scientific significance.
