The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of College Training

Training room of higher vocational college is an important platform for training students’ practical capability. Training room, as an important section of teaching and research, directly impacts the quality of teaching and scientific research in colleges. The rapid development of information technology works as a presupposition for training room to realize information management. Various types of training management systems, as for their fast, convenient and other characteristics, are gradually replacing the traditional manual management and become the major tools in the process of college training rooms’ management. Currently, the training management system are commonly used in training equipment or the utilization of training room. So far, there is no training management system could manage a "life cycle" process management that check the device from purchase to approval, from management to scrapping, or could implement training project reporting and approval process management.The system, based on the actual demand of Zhejiang Business College of Vocational and Technical Training, wants to achieve the goal of the training project and informatization management of capital equipment. By adhering to the principle of dynamic management concept, and untilizing the information technology means, this system aims to reach the process management that can realize the base construction project application, equipment purchase approval, procurement process management. In this study, the main work of this dissertation are as follows:1. Firstly, this paper studys the current situation of domestic university training base management and systems. To combine with the technology and background both at home and abroad, this paper analyses and discusses the necessity and significance of the construction of training management system.2. Based on the study of the subject background, and the status quo at home and abroad, this paper researches and selects the base technologies of development system, and applies J2 EE architecture-based multi-layer B / S application technology to develop university training management system. The basic development process including: detailed needs analysis system(covering the role of analysis, functional analysis and non-functional requirements), system design(covering the overall design, database design, the design of system operation and system fault-tolerant design) and system realization(primarily introduce the implementation process of four key features including custom of rights management, the set of approval process, the management of project approval and contract management.).3. Test and optimize the system functional.The research surpassed the entire "life cycle" chain traceable goal related to projects reporting and capital equipments, which can help managers to understand the operation of the base construction with a more comprehensive perspective. This research also can promote the level of practical teaching, and improve the quality of personnel training. The system with a high degree of flexibility and versatility, meet the various institutes of higher learning, and has a certain popularization value.
