Design And Development Of Training Management System For Feng Man Training Centre

In order to implement the strategy of "developing enterprise by talent management" made by the State Grid, to advance Feng Man Training Center faster and better, a complete education and training system on the basis of the training of entire staff should be constructed by such management systems as institution, teachers, curriculum criterion and information so as to regulate the development and training of human resources. Building the training management system is a key step to the construction of the information management system.The core technology of the design and development of the training management system were researched. The general design and program were put forward. In order to be compatible with the network which was already built in the training center and comply with the general program of the information plan, a system server, database and a relative management platform were setup in the training center considering the practical training management of entire staff in every unit, which extended the management platform to all the users of the system through web portals.According to the training requirement of the Northeast China Grids and the development trend, the 3-layer architecture management system for Feng Man Training Center which integrated advantages of several application and characteristics of sustainable development was developed on the basis of portals architecture system platform of the Northeast China Grids, Windows/.net application platform and SQL Sever database system platform.The system which can simultaneously meet the omnibearing and multi-level requirements of training management afforded the middle and upper-level leaders timely and accurate decision information, applied every employing units, human resources, occupation skill appraise and talent choosing with powerful function of information processing, supplied effective technical support for realizing high level training resources sharing, provided the Northeast China Grids with the talent guarantee and intellectual support for the program of "large northeast" regional development and "build strong smart grid"...
